Course Description

Hiring a good employee is not just about knowing the rules and preparing a comprehensive job description; there’s an art to it as well.  Hire the right person, you can rule the world.  Hire the wrong person, you can’t even sleep.  This interactive program will weave together the hows and whys of hiring with techniques for interpreting non-verbal clues and behavioral styles.  Attendees will leave with a better idea of how to find the right person for the job.

Learner Outcomes

Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of:
1) What to look for in a job applicant
2) How to screen and interview an applicant
3) How to read between the lines to find the best applicant for the job
4) How to use the best tools to help them determine what to look for, what to ask, and how to successfully onboard the new hire
