Learn 4 core principles to consider before opening your doors!

Starting a business can be an exciting but anxious time! If you are considering starting a business this is the class for you. We will walk through 4 factors that are needing when understanding the process of starting a business.

Course Outline

  1. Learn a process to help determine the feasibility of the idea or business concept.
  2. Learn ways to determine the marketability of the idea
  3. Learn about how profitability is determined
  4. Learn how to determine the capacity of not only the business but the owner as well.

Learner Outcomes

  • Participants will gain a better understanding of how to analyze the business idea or concept they are considering.
  • Participants will learn how to analyze the market they are pursuing.
  • Participants will learn the common characteristics business owners have.
