Course Description

Bend or Break: How to Endure Inflation is designed to share information with small business owners about the effects of looming inflation on their business. The course will discuss important steps small business owners should take to ensure their business is built to last. In 
addition, the webinar will discuss financial statements and the 1% Solution. During this section the small business owner will learn how to look at P&L & balance sheet levers to improve their profits and cash flow. The webinar will conclude with our experts allotting time for any 
questions they may have. 

Course Outline

  • Define inflation and other related terms
  • Discuss current economical environment and the effects of inflation
  • Review P&L levers to improve profits and cash flow
  • Assess balance sheet levers to improve cash flow
  • Conclude with tools and resources 

Learner Outcomes

At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to: 

  • Define inflation & the effects it can have on their business
  • confidently assess Profit & Loss and balance sheet levers to improve cash flow in their business
  • understand tools & resources that can help to mitigate the effects of inflation on heir business
