Course Description

Change is accelerating and we don’t know what’s in the future, we must innovate to prepare for change and to make change. This is even more relevant and true today, after the pandemic, than at any time in the past. Computer scientist Alan Kay said: “the best way to predict the future is to invent it.”

It’s imperative for small business to be able to innovate and create competitive advantages over bigger and more established companies. We need to innovate, at all levels and in all industries, to meet customer needs, establish new markets, grow by taking advantage of opportunities, attract the best talent and for business survival.

This Program is offered in a Hybrid Format. Upon Registration, you will be asked if you would like to attend in-person or online via Zoom Webinar.
