Course Description

With 2021 in the rear-view mirror, what are your plans for driving record business performance in the New Year? From the famous words of Ben Franklin, “If you Fail to Plan, you are Planning to Fail”.  

This virtual "2022 Action Plan" session will will provide the navigational tools necessary to achieve, even exceed, your business goals in the months ahead. SBDC Consultants will provide insight into strategic planning initiatives that could ignite your 2022 business performance and steer you toward victory lane.

If you'd prefer to attend in-person, register for our two-hour evening workshop on January 27th, which will include onsite facilitation, a take-home workbook, Q&A, and networking.
