Course Description

This course is designed to help small business owners create an environment that will attract, retain, and sustain talent.  The course will also allow owners to evaluate their HR practices while challenging them to create best practices that will get the results they desire when it comes to hiring.  

Course Outline

Discussion will include: 
*Creating a culture that includes clear vision, mission, and core values that people want to be a part of.
*Creating an environment that will reduce turnover and increase morale. 

Learner Outcomes

Attendees will gain an understanding of:
*How to attract, retain, and sustain a team.
*Best practices for hiring employees.
