Course Description

Social media can be overwhelming and time consuming for a small business. Developing a profile of who your customer is and what sites they typically visit, can help a business owner focus their limited resources to effectively reach their customer base. This webinar is designed for someone who is already using some social media, and would like to learn the differences between the different social media options. will cover the four largest social media sites, including statistics on demographics, reach, and posting guidelines.

- Statistics on reach for each social media platform
- Posting guidelines for each option social media 
- Tools for effective social media posts

Learner Outcomes

At the conclusion of the program participants will be able to:
1. Define the differences between the primary social media sites
2. Understand which customer profile is best reached via each site
3. Develop posting guidelines specific to each social media site
4. Learn about different tools for efficient and effective social media posts
