Course Description

If your business is on the precipice of expansion, adding a new location, or acquiring a new branch or business, this class is for you. We'll focus on the key topics, proven strategies, and banking programs you need to know to get the proper financing in place. We'll also share with you expertise from lending experts to make sure your business grows smart.

Learner Outcomes

  • Understanding of how lenders assess risk on expansion and growth projects.
  • The criteria and requirements for winning capital from a lender. 
  • Understanding of how a project is successful through case studies. 
  • Know the basics of developing a long-term growth plan.
  • Understanding of SBA programs and processes.
