The first half of this webinar will explain the emergency loan programs available for small businesses and farmers/ranchers through the U.S. Small Business Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.   In preparing for a major natural disaster, it is important to understand the differences between the loans offered through the two agencies and how the type of business you operate, and the type of disaster declaration, can determine which loan programs you are eligible to receive.
