There is a real reason why entrepreneurs should understand the basics of accounting and how the numbers flow - especially when times get tough. Giving meaning to your numbers, making your financial information visual, and engaging more effectively in the process will help ensure your business is successful in more ways than you think. You might not get it right the first time, but if you are always trying to improve, you will get there. Learner Outcomes

The participant will understand:

  • Basic accounting principles and how to apply them to their business
  • Managerial Accounting for business
  • How to properly incorporate financial information when making business decisions
  • The different analysis tools available.
