Course Description

Growing your business today isn’t only about finding customers, it’s about how customers find you as well.  Only a mix of the right outbound and inbound efforts will result in sustained customer growth.  And connecting with customers only to lose their interest in your products and services won’t grow business either.  Businesses need content that’s meaningful and relevant, served up at the right time in order to make a connection that drives relationships and sales.  “Click This” will cover the factors small businesses need to consider when working to attract and win over customers throughout their digital journey.
