Course Description

This program is designed to help business owners during a time of crisis to a) identify key issues which are or will impact the business, b) prioritize action items that will stabilize the business's most critical challenges c) learn how to communicate decisions to parties vested in the business (employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) and d) think strategically about the business and current conditions to identify pivot strategies which may help to make the business more viable in the near-term.

Learner Outcomes

  • Learn what areas of the business are most critical to manage during a crisis

  • Learn communication strategies during crisis to communicate with employees, customers, vendors
  • Attendees will be encouraged to think strategically about their business to find viable “pivot” strategies
