Course Description

2020 was a complete year of disruption and change. Rapid fire changes happened in educating our children with online learning, losing our social rituals, virtual home workspaces, virtual health and e-commerce. Some leaders excelled during this time while others failed. Join Tim Fulton, a nationally recognized small business coach, consultant, and advocate and the SBDC for an open discussion with insights from the past year and for future years to come.

Course Outline

We will discuss the most important traits for leadership during disruption.
