Course Description

This class guides participants through the specific components of a well-written and comprehensive business plan to position their business for stability and growth with an emphasis on the vital information to include in your business plan such as market analysis, knowing your competition, creating the marketing plan, how you are going to manage your employees, what are your best options for financing the business and more.

Learner Outcomes

  • Participants will delvelop a basic understanding of the sections of an effective business plan

  • Participants will have resources needed to make need analysis for target marketing, competition,location, and financial projections,
