Registration Policies

This program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is supported by federal taxpayer funds. By registering, I certify that I am legally authorized to receive services funded by U.S. taxpayer dollars, in accordance with applicable federal law and regulations. All programs are open to the public on a non-discriminatory basis. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made one business day prior to the program date. No refunds will be issued thereafter. If the UGA SBDC cancels the class, students will have the option to receive a refund or have the amount paid applied to a future SBDC class.
