It takes strategic relationship management and ethical values to build a strong customer base, but only seconds to destroy it. This course teaches businesses how to take control of important relationships with their customers. The training is designed to equip small businesses with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in customer service while building enduring relationships. 

The rapid proliferation of digital platforms has empowered consumers to voice their opinions and experiences instantaneously across multiple platforms. Participants will learn how to harness the power of digital feedback by implementing effective strategies and best practices to enhance online reputation and credibility. 

The UGA SBDC is partnering with the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) 111 years of experience in fostering relationships between small businesses and the public, to bring you this program. Having an effective plan and the right people in place to address customer concerns before they arise is key, and this class will help you to do just that.
