Course Description

This workshop is designed for small business owners and decision-makers who want to move beyond day-to-day firefighting and develop a proactive roadmap for growth. You’ll learn how to define your mission, vision, and core values, analyze your business environment, and create actionable strategies that position your company for long-term success.

Learner Outcomes

  • Understand the purpose and components of a Strategic Plan and how it differs from a Business Plan.
  • Define your Mission, Vision, and Core Values to guide decision-making and culture.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and maintain accountability.
  • Conduct a SWOT Analysis to evaluate internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats.
  • Set Long-Term Goals and Quarterly Objectives with actionable steps to achieve them.
  • Apply practical tools for monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to stay on track.
