Course Description

In this engaging, 3-hour in-person workshop, you will learn the current state of the global supply chain, outlining uncertainty and disruption with a special focus on tariffs and trade. In this session, we will experience a deep dive into the methodologies available for risk, spend, and tariff mitigation, with a special focus on Foreign-Trade Zones, with the ultimate goal of achieving sustainability and resilience in your import and export operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.  This workshop will allow the audience to participate, comment, and ask questions throughout.
 
The subject matter expert is a seasoned expert on spend and risk management in the global supply chain, and is an author of 21 books on global trade.
