Course Description

It's been said that the restaurant business is one of the riskiest businesses to start and the hardest to operate. In this workshop we will walk you through the logical steps of opening a restaurant, from an idea to a well running food service operation. We will discuss the main aspects of a restaurant, menu design, location choice and financial benchmarks.
