Course Description

Attendees will leave this session with and understanding of how emotional intelligence develops a positive work culture in the organization, and how it increases efficiency and productivity. Leaders set the tone for their organization, this class helps set up skills to instigates growth, innovation, and creativity in the organization and team members. Following this session attendees will know how to increase their Leadership skills and become a Business owner and manager.
