Restaurant Reset Part 2: Customer Retention and Marketing.

The presenters will discuss Effective Digital Marketing Strategies for Restaurants. The key to any successful business – including the restaurant business – is knowing how to reach and connect to your customers. This course will teach you how to utilize digital marketing platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, and Instagram to let your community know that you exist and attract customers to your restaurant.

  1. Help customers find you online
    • Understand how people search for local restaurants
    • Create and optimize your Google My Business listing
    • How to deal with positive and negative reviews
       
  2. Build your Facebook and Instagram following
    • Understand the most engaging types of content
    • Understand the best time to post
    • Understand how to properly utilize hashtags
